Although there are many terrific actors in Hollywood, there aren’t many that deserve the credit that Jonny Depp does. For years now he has been putting on unbelievable performances in a variety of genres. From drama, to suspense, to thrillers and horror movies, Jonny Depp does it all. Jonny Depp is known for his phenomenal performances in action and thriller movies such as the Pirates of the Caribbean series as well as the classic Edward Scissorhands and Sleepy Hollow. However some of my favorite movies starring Jonny Depp are actually some of his earlier movies like, What’s Eating Gilbert Grape? Even early on one could see this actor’s potential. Another fantastic movie of Jonny Deep’s is Finding Neverland. That movie had me in tears. His acting was so convincing and realistic.

Jonny Depp’s role as Gilbert in What’s Eating Gilbert Grape? was highly moving and impressive. My favorite seen is when he meets Becky, with whom he later falls in love with. In Finding Neverland, Jonny Depp plays J.M. Barrie, the author of the famous Peter Pan. My favorite seen is when he bonds with Sylvia’s oldest son.
